Back over to EmptyFlower folks...

Ok, I've worked out how to host this blog on emptyflower, the blogging platform wasn't working because I had the "classic" skin selected, so back over to emptyflower folks for my next post....

First post

Welcome to the salubrious Hit Face, Punch Nuts blog. Here your host, GrahamB will deliver daily, or at least weekly (drifting into monthly...), "not-too-serious" musings on the what it's like to practice internal martial arts and run a martial arts class. Ok, let's admit it, I'll probably never udpate this blog again, but I just want to see if it works.

GrahamB practices Hsing-I, Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung and Choy Lee Fut and tries to limit himself to these activities, since there's only so many hours in the day, and he's got to work at his day job as well.
